the bed was very comfortable. the location is excellent near bastille sq. the staff are kind and helpful. the spa has a great salt pool after walking around the city (the sauna access was a nice bonus!).

the hotel is located steps from bastille, giving access to restaurants and shops, and the metro is nearby too. the area safety was good and it was easy to walk to many sights.

the staff were very warm and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. i had a cup crack in my room, i told the reception and it was immediately replaced, it was very kind.

the room was very clean, and well-designed, with nice attention to detail. the windows had good soundproofing, blocking out street noise (i slept very soundly!).

The staff were very cute. They made sure to include us in the spa, a real treat. The room was very clean, with towels refreshed daily. The location is near the subway. The spa was very nice and I enjoyed the included time there.
The coffee was not always hot enough, though the pastries were excellent.

The on-site spa offered a relaxing experience, and the hotel's proximity to the metro made city exploration very easy. The hotel also features a well-stocked bar. I had a tasty drink there one evening. A sauna is included too.

The room included a large, comfortable bed and fresh linens were provided daily. The provided robe was convenient. Plenty of power points were located throughout the room. This made charging devices simple. The bathroom had a rainfall shower.

Breakfast featured good pastries, freshly ground coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean. The service was attentive. The hotel can also provide special diet menus upon request, something I took advantage of.
