small room poor soundproofing
I had a few gripes , I must say. The room was on the smaller side, this surprised me. I also noticed a distinct lack of soundproofing, this was annoying. Every little noise from the hallway carried right into the room. I couldn't help but be a bit disappointed with what I paid.

the superior double room with sauna access was great. i found the room had thoughtful design. the staff was cute and warm. the breakfast was top notch (especially the fresh coffee).
street noise was noticeable at times.

the bed was very comfortable. the location is excellent near bastille sq. the staff are kind and helpful. the spa has a great salt pool after walking around the city (the sauna access was a nice bonus!).

the staff were very warm and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. i had a cup crack in my room, i told the reception and it was immediately replaced, it was very kind.

the breakfast was good, it had many options. the staff at the front desk gave helpful directions. the sauna and floating pool were a plus.
the room was close to the stairs, so the sound proofing wasn't great.

The staff were very cute. They made sure to include us in the spa, a real treat. The room was very clean, with towels refreshed daily. The location is near the subway. The spa was very nice and I enjoyed the included time there.
The coffee was not always hot enough, though the pastries were excellent.

The on-site spa offered a relaxing experience, and the hotel's proximity to the metro made city exploration very easy. The hotel also features a well-stocked bar. I had a tasty drink there one evening. A sauna is included too.

The room included a large, comfortable bed and fresh linens were provided daily. The provided robe was convenient. Plenty of power points were located throughout the room. This made charging devices simple. The bathroom had a rainfall shower.

Breakfast featured good pastries, freshly ground coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean. The service was attentive. The hotel can also provide special diet menus upon request, something I took advantage of.
